Legal Assistant - Commercial Litigation Phoenix, AZ | Hybrid $60K - $75K A respected national law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to support its busy Commercial Litigation practice in Phoenix. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with attorneys on sophisticated litigation matters. Responsibilities Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys and paralegals. Prepare, revise, proofread, and finalize pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents. Handle electronic filing in state, federal, and appellate courts. Maintain client files and manage confidential information. Process new matter intake, conflict checks, time entry, and client billing. Coordinate attorney calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and deadlines. Assist with additional administrative and litigation support as needed. Qualifications 2-5 years of litigation legal assistant experience in a law firm. Experience with state and federal court filings. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Experience using a document management system; FileSite experience is a plus. Excellent organizational, proofreading, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
