We’re hiring 2026 graduates who want a career in recruiting and want their income to reflect their effort.You’ll join our Temporary & Consulting Services team and learn the full recruiting cycle from experienced recruiters. You’ll start with real job orders from established financial institution clients, so you spend your time recruiting from day one.What you’ll doSource and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and our databaseScreen candidates by phone and assess skills, experience, and fitMatch candidates to open job orders from our clientsSubmit candidates, manage interviews, and follow through to placementStay in close contact with candidates and consultants while they’re on assignmentWork with your team and our sales colleagues to fill orders quicklyWhat we’re looking for xzbcwsv A bachelor’s degree, graduating in 2026 (any major)Competitive, self-motivated, and money drivenStrong communication skills and comfort making calls all dayResilient, organized, and quick to learnInterest in finance, banking, or insurance is a plus, but not requiredInternship, sales, customer service, or athletics experience is a plus
