About the Company

We are India's eighth SEBI-registered Credit Rating Agency committed to providing independent and transparent credit ratings to the Indian financial markets. With a focus on analytical rigor and market insight, we cater to a diverse range of clients including large corporates, PSUs, NBFCs, and infrastructure entities. As we expand our footprint in the financial capital of India, we are looking for a high-impact leader to drive our growth in the Gurugram region.

Key Responsibilities

Credit Analysis & Ratings

  • Independently work on credit rating assignments across corporates, infrastructure, and financial services.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, credit reports, and other financial information to assess creditworthiness.
  • Perform in-depth cash flow assessment and risk analysis on companies/entities.
  • Prepare and present rating rationales, committee notes, and press releases.
  • Monitor the assigned portfolio of rated entities and ensure timely surveillance and action based on the latest developments.
  • Support rating actions by conducting risk assessments, peer benchmarking, and scenario analysis.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of credit scoring models, policies, and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of credit evaluations
  • Gather and validate Financial and Non-financial data from various sources.
  • Prepare and conduct ratio analysis under supervision.
  • Draft analytical summaries, rating rationales, and internal reports.
  • Participate in issuer meetings, due diligence calls, and rating committees as needed.
  • Monitor news, financial statements, and market developments relevant to assigned accounts.
  • Support the maintenance and updating of databases and analytical tools.
  • Work closely with senior analysts to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of ratings and reports.
  • Keep and file proper records, updates, emails and their backup from time to time.

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with senior management of issuers, promoters, bankers, and investors.
  • Provide rationales for rating recommendations before internal rating committees.
  • Communicate rating decisions and sector insights effectively to external stakeholders.

Research & Sector Insights

  • Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic trends.
  • Publish sector reports, outlooks, and thematic research notes.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Review and guide the work of junior and associate analysts.
  • Provide coaching, training, and knowledge sharing to strengthen team capabilities.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with SEBI & RBI regulations for CRAs, internal policies, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain integrity, independence, and transparency in rating opinions.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Qualifications

  • MBA (Finance) or CA
  • 1-2 years of experience in Credit Rating Agency
