Overview Job Purpose This Director, Associate General Counsel will report to the General Counsel in the ICE Mortgage Technology business unit as an integral member of a small legal team that negotiates complex contracts for our enterprise mortgage technology SaaS solutions. This role requires full-time, in-office attendance in any of our Jacksonville, FL (preferred); Provo, UT; or Atlanta, GA offices, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
