Job SummaryWe are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will possibly diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities
  • Perform intake assessments
  • Provide mental health therapy for children and their families
  • Create individualized treatment plans and BAISPs for each client
  • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client information and treatment plan
  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
  • LCSW, LSW license is preferred
  • Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
