About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Mobile App Development Instructor to

join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

modern programming and application development technologies, along with excellent

communication and teaching skills. As an instructor, you will conduct engaging live online classes, mentor students, guide them through hands-on projects, and help them develop strong problem-solving and programming skills.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct engaging and interactive live online classes for students.

● Teach programming and application development using:

○ HTML

○ CSS

○ JavaScript

○ React Native

○ Node.js

○ MicroPython

● Explain technical and programming concepts in a simple, structured, and student-

friendly manner.

● Guide students through hands-on coding activities, projects, and real-world problem-

solving exercises.

● Mentor students and provide timely feedback on their progress and performance.

● Help students develop logical thinking, problem-solving, debugging, and independent

learning skills.

● Address student queries and provide technical support during and outside classroom

sessions when required.

● Maintain an engaging, interactive, and professional online learning environment.

● Track student progress and adapt teaching approaches based on learning requirements.

● Collaborate with internal academic, curriculum, and program teams when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Strong technical expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React Native, Node.js, and

MicroPython.

● Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, application development, APIs,

and backend concepts.

● Ability to build and explain real-world projects and coding applications.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.

● Strong presentation and online teaching skills.

● Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

● Confidence in interacting with students and managing live online classes.

● Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

● Comfortable using online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and collaborative

development environments.

● A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students learn technology.

Preferred Qualifications

● Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or conducting technical workshops is

preferred.

● Experience in mobile application development using React Native or similar

technologies.

● Experience working with students or young learners will be an added advantage.

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a

related field is preferred.

Employment Type

Full-Time | Remote / Work From Home

Shift Timings: UK/US Shift-9:15 PM IST onwards & 2:00 AM IST onwards

Duration: 9 hours

The candidate should be available for the complete shift duration and be comfortable

conducting live online sessions during the assigned shift.
