MEDELA LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, eCommerce Acceleration – Amazon to help accelerate profitable growth, regain market share, and strengthen Amazon capabilities across global markets. This is a highly analytical, commercially focused role for someone who knows the Amazon ecosystem inside and out. The successful candidate will go well beyond pulling reports. This person will understand why the business is performing the way it is, what Amazon and competitors are doing, what is likely to happen next, and what actions should be taken to improve performance. This individual will serve as a trusted strategic partner and Amazon subject matter expert. The role will analyze performance, identify opportunities and risks, develop recommendations, and help translate those recommendations into commercial execution. Most importantly, this person will bring solutions—not simply explanations. The right candidate will combine deep Amazon expertise, advanced analytical thinking, commercial judgment and a sense of urgency to help Medela make faster, better decisions and accelerate its Amazon business.
