Workday Financials Solution Architect – Program Recovery (Finance SME) (Contract) CST Time Zone We are seeking a senior Workday Financials Solution Architect to serve as the Finance Subject Matter Expert on a program recovery engagement. You will lead a program health assessment of an at-risk Workday Financials implementation, identify root causes across the Foundation Data Model, business process configuration, integrations, and data conversion, and own the get-well plan to stabilize delivery and secure a credible path to go-live. You will provide hands-on expertise across core financials, including General Ledger, Supplier and Customer Accounts, Banking and Settlement, Business Assets, and Procurement; make and govern key design decisions; guide the delivery team; and give executive stakeholders clear visibility into risks, priorities, and progress. The ideal candidate is Workday Financials certified, has multiple end-to-end implementations behind them, and has a proven record of turning around troubled programs and restoring stakeholder confidence.
