We are seeking an experience Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support the Engineering team in product design, improvement, and manufacturing methods. This position is responsible for the development and evaluation of new processes and involved in making improvements to current process capabilities. The successful candidate will be capable of leading multiple projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment and focus on results-oriented approach. What You'll DoLead end-to-end product development: design, prototype, test, and launchDrive continuous improvement in products and manufacturing processesCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and vendorsAnalyze prototypes and test data to develop innovative solutionsImprove efficiency through workflow, tooling, and process enhancementsCreate engineering drawings, specifications, and reportsManage timelines and present project updates to leadershipsupport sales with technical expertise and customized solutions
What You BringBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)US Citizen5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of machine, casting, forging, and manufacturing processesProficiency in CAD and Microsoft OfficeSelf-starter with strong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deliver results
Nice to HaveMaster's degree in Mechanical EngineeringExperience with HVAC product design xzbcwsv and industry standards
