Job Description Lead all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout Manage project schedules and coordinate daily field operations Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards Coordinate inspections and maintain project documentation Partner with project managers and preconstruction teams to execute project goals Drive schedule performance and proactively resolve field challenges Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
