ALAY is looking for a dynamic, highly driven Head of Business Operations to lead internal operations, drive execution, and ensure seamless coordination across all departments.

We need a strong leader who can take ownership, make decisions, hold teams accountable, and act as a key strategic advisor to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure seamless coordination across all departments.
• Act as a central liaison between teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and timely execution.
• Ensure smooth warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, stock management, and efficient order fulfillment.
• Drive timely product launches, project milestones, and departmental deliverables.
• Establish and monitor departmental KPIs, evaluate team performance, and ensure accountability.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and improve overall business efficiency.
• Work closely with the CEO on strategic priorities, business performance, and operational decision-making.

Who We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion, retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A proactive, hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership.
• Someone who can see the bigger picture while ensuring the smallest details are executed.
