Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for driving growth across insurer, enterprise, and healthcare partner segments. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to tailor AI and digital health solutions to client needs, prepare proposals and presentations, and negotiate contracts in alignment with company objectives. Day-to-day activities include market research, pipeline management, forecasting, and tracking performance against revenue and partnership targets. The role also requires representing Watchyourhealth.com at meetings, demos, and industry events to promote the platform and expand its market presence.

Qualifications
- Strong business development, B2B sales, and account management skills, with experience in generating and converting leads.
- Proficiency in relationship building, stakeholder management, and negotiation to drive long-term partnerships and contracts.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop growth strategies aligned with HealthTech, insurance, or healthcare sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to explain complex AI and digital health solutions clearly.
- Experience in HealthTech, insurtech, healthcare, or technology services is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional technical and product teams.
