Development Project Coordinator- HNHF Realty Collaborative

<p> Overview: </p><p> Valid Ohio drivers license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Childrens Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. </p> <p> Job Description Summary: </p> Coordinates project activities, schedules meetings, communicates with stakeholders, tracks progress, and ensures timely completion of tasks. <p> Job Description: </p> <p> Essential Functions: </p><ul><li> Assists with the development of project plans and timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. </li><li> Coordinates project meetings and communicates updates to team members. </li><li> Monitors project progress alongside project manager and identifies any potential risks or issues. </li><li> Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. </li><li> Prepares and maintains project documentation and reports. </li><li> Assists in budget tracking and resource allocation for the project. </li><li> Contributes to projects and serves as a subject matter expert in area of responsibility. </li></ul><p> Education Requirement: </p><p> Bachelors Degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience, required. </p><p> Skills: </p><ul><li> Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills. </li><li> Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and efficiently provide time management. </li><li> Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to work well independently. </li></ul><p> Experience: </p><p> One year of program or project support, required. </p><p> Physical Requirements: </p><p> OCCASIONALLY: Bend/twist, Climb stairs/ladder, Flexing/extending of neck, Lifting / Carrying: 0-10 lbs, Lifting / Carrying: 11-20 lbs, Lifting / Carrying: 21-40 lbs, Pushing / Pulling: 0-25 lbs, Reaching above shoulder, Squat/kneel </p><p> FREQUENTLY: Color vision, Hand use: grasping, gripping, turning, Repetitive hand/arm use, Standing, Walking </p><p> CONTINUOUSLY: Audible speech, Computer skills, Decision Making, Depth perception, Hearing acuity, Interpreting Data, Peripheral vision, Problem solving, Seeing Far/near, Sitting </p><p> "The above list of duties is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this classification.
