What You Will DoLead all on-site electrical construction activities from early planning through final commissioningDevelop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall construction timelinesCoordinate closely with project leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and trade partnersSupervise and mentor field teams including foremen, electricians, and apprenticesConduct regular site meetings to drive accountability, communication, and progress trackingEnsure all installations meet applicable codes, safety standards, and project specificationsPerform inspections and enforce quality control processes across all phases of workChampion a strong safety culture, including training, compliance, and hazard mitigationMonitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising qualityMaintain accurate documentation including progress reports, drawings, and change ordersCollaborate with other trades to ensure seamless system integration across the jobsiteTroubleshoot and resolve field challenges quickly to keep projects on track
