DFT RTL/Implementation:

• Must have very good understanding of all standard dfx requirements and implementation methods.
• Must have worked on constraints, timing closure support, verification closure support, VnC debug support, etc.
• Experience with Tessent is a plus.
• Must have good understanding of ICL/PDL.
• Experience with converting functional tests to PDLs is a plus.
• IOBIST/Repair knowledge / experience is a plus.
• Must have good communication skills; and ability to work with different teams.
