This contract opportunity will have you working onsite near Freehold, NJ, offering vital assistance to a Child Study Team (CST). You'll be a key part of a professional, collaborative setting, helping students and their families navigate challenges and connect to essential support services.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active NJ SSW License required
• Prior experience working as a School Social Worker or in related social work environments preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop rapport with students, educators, and families
• Experience working with a CST or similar multidisciplinary team is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct social work services to students, including assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention
• Collaborate with the Child Study Team to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education and support plans
• Act as a liaison between families, school staff, and community resources to ensure comprehensive student support
• Document services and maintain accurate records in compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
• Provide consultation and support for teachers and other school personnel regarding students' social/emotional needs
