Vaco has an exciting opportunity for a Regional HR Manager in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a direct hire role that sits 100% onsite with 25% travel. About the Role A leading provider of transportation, logistics, and cargo-handling services is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to support a multi-site operation across several U.S. locations. This position will provide both strategic and hands-on HR leadership in a fast-paced, unionized environment, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, labor relations, compliance, payroll coordination, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Required Qualifications 5+ years of progressive Human Resources management experience 3-5 years of experience in unionized environments, including labor relations and union dues administratio
