SCM Consultant (Oracle Fusion SCM)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced SCM Consultant with 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate must have a Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences industry background and hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM solutions across procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Fusion SCM implementations. Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including: Procurement Supplier Management Inventory Management Product Information Management (PIM) Order Management Manufacturing Lead solution design workshops, CRP/UAT sessions, and production deployments. Optimize supply chain processes while ensuring compliance with Healthcare/Life Sciences business requirements. Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration activities. Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, user documentation, and training materials. Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance. Mandatory Skills 8 years of Oracle SCM functional consulting experience. Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Procurement Supplier Management Inventory Management Product Information Management (PIM) Order Management Manufacturing Minimum of 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects. Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes. Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support. Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
