About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Finance Specialist to join EDGE on an interim 3–6 month assignment . If you enjoy making numbers make sense, solving financial puzzles, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you!
You’ll work closely with leadership across India & Dubai , with a focus on financial management, reporting, compliance, taxation, and cross-border transactions.
What you'll Own
- Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting & MIS
- Cross-border payments, forex & international remittances
- India–Dubai financial compliance, including RBI, FEMA & IFZA
- P&L, balance sheets, cash flow & financial reporting
- GST, TDS, TCS & tax compliance
- Bookkeeping, reconciliations & financial documentation
- Invoicing, payroll & reimbursements
- Cost optimisation, risk management & process improvement
- Working with leadership and supporting key business decisions
What we're Looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 6+ years of relevant finance experience , preferably in travel, tourism or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST and compliance
- Experience with cross-border transactions and forex
- Comfortable working with financial software/ERP systems
- Someone who is hands-on, analytical, proactive and gets things done
