Project Management: Strong project management and leadership abilities for managing complex implementations Create and Track project plan Collaborate with various technical, functional teams along with customers and users. Highlight risk and challenges Strong communication and negotiation skills MES Expertise: Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and hands-on experience with specific MES platforms Technical Acumen: Understanding of industrial automation, ERP integration, and shop floor systems. Experience with documentation and collaboration tools such as Visio, Jira, and Confluence is often beneficial. Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear and comprehensive project plan and trackers as needed. Having good knowledge on Database concepts & Dot Net framework is an added advantage. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand scope and create low level tasks.. System Implementation & Configuration: Track and Support the implementation and deployment of MES software, configuring it to meet specific project and business needs. Prior experience in EMS.
