In this role, you’ll deliver safe, evidence-based care to adult patients on a fast-paced medical-surgical unit, including assessments, medication administration, IV management, wound care, and discharge planning. You’ll collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, support patient and family education, and ensure accurate EHR documentation.
