Job Description – Executive – Electrical Machine Maintenance
Location: Sanand, Gujarat
Experience: 4+ Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Electrical) or Diploma in Electrical
Job Summary
Responsible for electrical maintenance of production machines to ensure maximum uptime and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot motors, PLC, VFD, drives, sensors and control panels .
- Identify and resolve electrical machine breakdowns.
- Maintain machine uptime and minimize downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance records and follow TPM, 5S and safety standards .
- Coordinate with production and other teams for machine maintenance.
Preferred Experience: Manufacturing / Consumer Durables/Refrigeration/Washing Machine/Air conditioners.
