We’re seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) with behavioral health experience to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight across multiple clinic locations. WHAT YOU’LL DOLead, mentor, and support nursing teams across multiple clinic locationsPromote high-quality, patient-centered care and positive clinical outcomesOversee staffing, personnel management, team performance, and budgetingSupport compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and operational standardsCollaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient careFoster a positive work environment and contribute to the growth of clinical programs
WHAT YOU’LL BRINGActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practiceBachelor’s degree in Nursing or related experience normally obtained through completion of a bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred3+ years of relevant clinical experience with the applicable patient populationExperience in behavioral health, mental health, psychiatry, or crisis services2+ years of healthcare facility or clinic management experiencePrevious leadership experience, including staff and budget oversightStrong communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skillsCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
