• We seek 3–5 years of hands-on IT support or systems experience.

• You need intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• You should have experience with Azure or other cloud-based infrastructure.
• You need familiarity with Active Directory and identity management.
• You should understand email configuration and migrations.
• You need networking knowledge, including VLANs and core networking concepts.
• You should have experience with firewalls and security solutions.
• You need exposure to incident response and remediation.
• You should understand VPNs and remote access solutions.
• Experience with VoIP systems, security cameras, and access control is a plus.
• We need strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills for complex technical issues.
• You should be able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• You need strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• You should maintain professionalism and strong documentation habits.
• You should be able to guide and support junior team members.
• You must be able to pass a government Criminal Background Check.
• You need reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
• You must have schedule flexibility to participate in the on-call rotation.
• You must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
