1. Route wise loading of shipments with proper tally 2. Delivering shipments to the customers and getting the required paperwork 3. Proper status code for the undelivered shipments 4. Hand over COD/FOD/DOD and undelivered shipments on the same day to the supervisor 5. To meet the EDD & to achieve the SQ targets 6. Timely pickup at customer place as per cut off timing 7. If serviceable, count and take acknowledgement from customer basis tally of shipments against invoice. Ensure airwaybill and supporting regulatory documents are also collected after thorough check of the condition of packages 8. Inscan the shipment after reaching office, data enter in the system and handle the onward connections
