Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Specialist - Technical Training position will be based in Coimbatore . What a typical day looks like: Training Delivery: Conduct engaging instructor-led and virtual training sessions covering basic to intermediate supply chain concepts. Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials, including presentations, quizzes, hands-on exercises, and user manuals. Skill Assessment: Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and feedback, adapting training methods to address knowledge gaps. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Procurement, Logistics, and Warehousing teams to ensure training aligns with current company policies and industry best practices.
