Strategic Compensation Governance & Pay Transparency Lead

Aztec Group is seeking a Compensation Governance & Pay Transparency Lead to steer job architecture, salary banding and market positioning. You will lead benchmarking, design pay methodologies, and ensure gender and equal pay transparency readiness across the organisation.You will draft remuneration policies, prepare executive materials, and mentor the Reward Analyst while collaborating with Finance and regional teams to support Aztec's growth strategy in a dynamic market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
