About the role: We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to build and scale our creator program from scratch. We are not looking for someone who just thinks influencer marketing is about scrolling through Instagram all day. The ideal candidate is a high-energy hustler who knows how to find relevant creators, pitch them effectively on our mission, and track performance metrics to drive user acquisition.

What will you do

Research and build a massive, organised pipeline of micro & nano influencers in the health, fitness, mindset, and lifestyle niches. Run high-volume, personalised cold outreach (via DMs, emails, and calls) to pitch Health Tick to creators. Onboard and manage influencers, pitching them on performance-linked/affiliate models and product-for-post exchanges. Work with influencers to ensure their content delivers Health Tick's core message (anti-dieting, behavioural science) in simple, engaging ways. Track campaign data, discount codes, and app sign-ups to monitor ROI and optimise outreach strategies based on user feedback.

What are we looking for

Experience in influencer marketing, social media outreach(or an exceptional track record in a similar startup environment). Hunger to learn & grow fast A master communicator who can pitch creatively and write compelling text that creators actually reply to. Self-motivated, resilient, and able to hit daily outreach targets under tight deadlines.
