Buzz Solutions is seeking a Recruiting & People Operations Coordinator to own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for a distributed team. This role will manage scheduling, scorecards, offers, onboarding, and maintain a clean, compliant ATS while promoting Buzz Values across time zones.

You will partner with hiring managers to source candidates, drive a positive candidate experience, and ensure new hires are welcomed with comprehensive onboarding and benefits enrollment.
