Commercial Lines Account Manager - Tampa, FL (Remote) A well-established, highly regarded independent insurance agency — recognized as a top workplace in the industry — is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its team. Fully remote, must be local to the Tampa, FL area. This is an opportunity to step into a mature, well-run book of mid-market commercial business with an agency known for its stability, strong retention, and genuine investment in its people. Day-to-day: Own full-cycle servicing of a mid-market commercial book of business, acting as the primary relationship owner for a dedicated book. Manage the full lifecycle of client accounts, ensure a high level of service and responsiveness, and act as a trusted advisor to clients on coverage and risk. Partner closely with producers and leadership to retain and grow assigned accounts. Requirements: Active Florida 2-20 license (or equivalent P C license with willingness to obtain FL 2-20) 3+ years of commercial lines account management experience, ideally with mid-market accounts Experience with an AMS (AMS360, EPIC or similar) Strong market relationships and industry knowledge Excellent client-facing communication and organizational skills Self-motivated — this is a fully remote role with minimal daily oversight Why this agency: A well-regarded name in the independent agency space with a reputation for longevity, low turnover, and a genuinely supportive team culture.
