IT Recruiter – Consultant Acquisition

Role Overview

Build RS Integrators' bench by identifying and converting IT consultants onto our W2 payroll. You own getting candidates from first contact to signed, onboarded consultant ready for the bench sales team to market.

What You Own

• Sourcing: Find and engage consultants open to a new opportunity — LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, your own network.
• Conversion: Get qualified candidates to say yes and complete onboarding. The number that matters is consultants signed and onboarded, not resumes collected.
• Qualification: Vet skills and experience level before handoff, so what you hand to bench sales is actually placeable.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years IT recruiting experience
• Strong English communication (phone, email, LinkedIn)
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and follow-up
• Working knowledge of US IT staffing and employment processes

• Ability to sell the opportunity and close candidate commitment
• Relationship building and trust with candidates
• Pipeline discipline from first contact to onboarding

Preferred

• SAP or ERP consultant recruiting experience
• Existing network of IT consultants
