Facilities Civil Engineer - Maintenance & Projects Lead

Akhuwat seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee daily operations of the maintenance department and supervise tradesmen across construction and facility services. You will plan weekly schedules, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires at least 4 years in construction, repair & maintenance or facility management, with a BS/BE in Civil Engineering and PEC registration preferred.
