Remote Human Resources Benefits and Compliance Analyst

The Human Resources Benefits to include, but not limited to: Workers Compensation. Service Contract Act (SCA) EEO/AAP. State leave laws for family/medical and sick leave. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, employee benefits, HR compliance, risk insurance, or compensation. Experience in working with accounting for reconciliations, background in accounting is strongly desired. High School Diploma/GED and 13 years of experience, an Associate’s Degree and 7 years of experience, a Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of experience or a Master's Degree and 4 years of experience. Excellent with Microsoft Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking, with the ability to think broadly and make connections across multiple programs and processes. Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. Strong initiative and the ability to work independently at times. Ability to work across multiple business functions and levels of the organization. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite., specifically excel
