Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible for on-site after-sales support for customers in the US region;
- Handle on-site equipment problems, follow up until problems are solved, and put forward improvement suggestions;
- Provide customers with training on equipment operation and maintenance;
- Complete other work assigned by leaders.
Job Requirements
- Able to conduct daily communication in English;
- Prior experience in the equipment industry is preferred, unified training will be provided by the company;
- Strong communication skills with customer service awareness;
- Accept medium-to-long-term business travel and on-site assignment in the United States.
