WE’RE HIRING | DEPOT PHARMACIST & MANAGER

Celesta Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. | Pune

We are looking for a Registered Pharmacist with retail store experience to take complete responsibility for our depot operations, including billing and overall facility management.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete charge of end-to-end depot management and daily operations

• Handle all depot-related billing, invoicing, and documentation processes

• Manage inward and outward pharmaceutical stock movement

• Ensure strict compliance with pharmacy licensing and regulatory guidelines

• Monitor stock levels, expiries, batch-wise inventory, and shortages

• Maintain systematic records and coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams

Requirements

• Valid Pharmacy License is mandatory (Registered Pharmacist)

• Prior experience working in a **retail pharmacy store is required

• Hands-on experience with depot management, billing, and inventory control

• Strong accountability and ability to manage the depot independently

• Full-time | Work from Office

Location: Phursungi , Pune

Candidates without a valid pharmacy license and retail experience will not be considered.
