Technical Architect - Guidewire

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite Cloud and enterprise integrations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing scalable cloud-native insurance solutions, leading integration architecture, and driving Guidewire Cloud transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable solutions across Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Lead Guidewire Cloud integration architecture and API-first solution design.
• Drive integration with external systems including policy, billing, document management, rating engines, and third-party providers.
• Conduct architecture workshops, solution walkthroughs, and technical discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Define and implement cloud-native integration patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with business and enterprise teams on digital transformation and Guidewire Cloud adoption strategies.
• Ensure API security best practices using OAuth2, JWT, and modern security protocols.

Core / must have:

• Guidewire Experience.
• Guidewire Cloud Integration ACE Certification.
• Deep knowledge of Guidewire Insurance Suite (PC/CC/BC), Cloud configuration, and integration.
• Experience with Cloud-native architecture, APIs, and microservices.
• Strong understanding of technical design, API-first strategies, and integration patterns.
• Experience leading technical teams and providing mentoring.
• Lead architecture workshops, integration design sessions, and solution walkthroughs with senior stakeholders.
• Influence enterprise technology strategy and Guidewire Cloud adoption roadmaps.
• Collaborate with business teams to define future-state architectures aligned with digital and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Lead integration with external systems such as Policy, Billing, third-party data providers, document management, and rating services.
• Outbound/Inbound API.

Primary / Should have:

• Strong hands-on experience with Integrations.
• PolicyCenter or BillingCenter configuration.
• Integration Gateway GOSU and Java.
• REST APIs and API frameworks.
• Event-driven architecture.
• Cloud deployment models and CI/CD pipelines.
• Security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, API security best practices).

Secondary/ Could have:

• Guidewire ACE Configuration Certification (Preferred)
• Advanced Product Designer (APD) Rating Engine
