Assistant Manager HR Compliance

1. Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations. Manage compliances related to Factory Act, CLRA, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, EPF, ESIC, and other applicable labour laws. Ensure timely submission of statutory returns, renewals, and legal filings. 2. Contractor Compliance Monitor statutory compliance of contract labour deployed at the factory. Verify contractor licences, labour records, wage registers, PF & ESIC challans, and statutory documentation. Ensure contractors comply with legal and company compliance requirements. 3. Factory Compliance & Audits Coordinate internal, external, customer, and statutory compliance audits. Prepare audit documentation and implement corrective actions. Ensure readines
