Description The Human Resources Consulting Group (HRCG) serves as an internal consulting team that owns short to mid-term strategy execution and operational direction for the People function in alignment with organization objectives. The incumbent is expected to lead a team of HR generalists responsible for seamless delivery of time-bound project assignments and cyclical activities, lending core HR support to mid-level people leaders across India.
