<p><strong>Finance Associate </strong> </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Role Overview: </strong> </p><p>The role involves managing end-to-end finance operations including invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial tracking, timely reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong> </p><p><strong>Invoicing &amp; Billing: </strong> </p><ul><li>Manage Cocoblu uploads and B2B invoicing processes </li><li>Coordinate IRN generation and ensure compliance with invoicing regulations </li> </ul><p><strong>Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable: </strong> </p><ul><li>Perform AR/AP reconciliation on a regular basis </li><li>Manage customer and vendor accounts, ensuring timely settlements </li> </ul><p><strong>Receivables Management: </strong> </p><ul><li>Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments </li><li>Prepare periodic reports on receivables status and aging </li> </ul><p><strong>GRIR Monitoring: </strong> </p><ul><li>Monitor Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt (GRIR) accounts </li><li>Coordinate with the sourcing team to resolve discrepancies </li> </ul><p><strong>Audit &amp; Compliance: </strong> </p><ul><li>Support internal and IFC audits </li><li>Ensure adherence to financial controls and audit requirements </li> </ul><p><strong>Cash Flow Management: </strong> </p><ul><li>Track daily cash flow and prepare reports </li><li>Assist in maintaining liquidity and cash planning </li> </ul><p><strong>Insurance Tracking: </strong> </p><ul><li>Monitor insurance policies and maintain relevant records </li><li>Ensure timely renewals and reporting </li> </ul><p><strong>Inventory Management: </strong> </p><ul><li>Perform inventory reconciliation </li><li>Coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve mismatches </li> </ul><p><strong>Regulatory Compliance: </strong> </p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EDPMS </li><li>Maintain documentation and support compliance reporting </li> </ul><p><strong>Reporting &amp; Stakeholder Coordination: </strong> </p><ul><li>Prepare customer reports and track settlement status </li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Skills &amp; Requirements: </strong> </p><ul><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes </li><li>Experience in invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting </li><li>Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., EDPMS, GST, IRN) </li><li>Attention to detail and strong analytical skills </li><li>Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems </li><li>Good communication and stakeholder management abilities </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications: </strong> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting </li><li>2–4 years of relevant experience in finance operations </li> </ul>
