Food & Beverage Manager (Head of Department) Location: The Leela Gandhinagar & Mahatma Mandir Convention and Exhibition Centre (MMCEC), Gandhinagar Position Summary The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for leading and managing all Food & Beverage Service operations across The Leela Gandhinagar and the Mahatma Mandir Convention and Exhibition Centre (MMCEC). The role oversees hotel restaurants, in-room dining, banquets, and large-scale convention and exhibition catering operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, revenue growth, and profitability while upholding The Leela's luxury service standards. The incumbent should have prior experience leading F&B operations in a luxury hotel with a significant convention and exhibition centre, handling large-form
