Roofing Account Manager

Responsibilities:Grow the Northeast Ohio marketFind and develop new customer relationships as well as furthering existing customer relationshipsWork with management to develop and implement marketing strategies, business strategies, and overall business success modelsEvaluate, draft proposals and sell commercial roofing projects throughout NE OH, following above strategies and while in full communication with managementOverlook all projects sold, maintain good customer relationships, and help ensure the projects are completed to the satisfaction and request of the customer and contract.Populate CRM system and keep pipeline up to dateAssist accounting with accounts receivable on an as needed basisBe versatile in assisting with additional needs as requested to help grow the business and general company base
• 3-5 years sales experience in roofing, construction or a related field is preferred
Base Salary between $70 - $100k + commissions, bonuses. xzbcwsv Company truck, gas card, benefits, etc.Must have a clean background and driving record within the last 10 years.
