Head of People & Culture

Finz Games is looking for a Head of People & Culture to lead our existing HR team and strengthen our people practices. The role will oversee key areas includingtalent acquisition, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, and HR operations, while working closely with leadership to build a strong and scalable workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support the existing HR team.

Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and recruitment strategy across departments.

Strengthen employee relations and promote a positive, professional workplace environment.

Review, develop, and improve HR policies, processes, and practices.

Lead employee engagement, culture, and people-focused initiatives.

Develop and supportlearning, development, and career growthinitiatives.

Work closely with leadership and department heads on people-related matters and organizational needs.

Oversee HR documentation, employee records, attendance, contracts, and compliance.

Support performance management and employee development processes.

Identify opportunities to improve the overall employee experience and retention.

Establish structured and scalable HR practices that support the company's growth.

Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.

Use HR data and insights to support better people-related decisions.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with experience in a leadership or management role.

Proven experience leading an HR team and managing multiple HR functions.

Strong understanding oftalent acquisition, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, and HR operations.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills.

Ability to work effectively with senior leadership, managers, and employees at all levels.

Comfortable handling sensitive employee matters with maturity and confidentiality.

Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to improving HR systems and processes.

Experience working in afast-paced and growing organization.

Strong understanding of employee engagement and workplace culture.

Experience in gaming, technology, software, or a similar industrywill be an advantage.
