Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure 100% compliance with S&E, TL, CLRA, EPF, ESI, and all compliances under labour regulations. Conduct regular internal audits at project locations to identify and rectify compliance gaps. Prepare for and manage external auditors during inspections to avoid penalties or legal repercussions. Generate periodic reports on compliance metrics & ensure timely submissions to internal/external customers. Coordinate with external consultants, labour departments, and government bodies for timely license renewals. Proactively track expiration dates and resolve discrepancies to prevent operational disruptions. Track clearances and close employee records to minimize litigation risks.
