About the Role We're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social media. Someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, save a post, share a reel, or follow a brand. At Leap, you'll own our social media presence across platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram, helping us build one of the most engaging study abroad communities in the country. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with execution, has a strong understanding of internet culture, and has a proven track record of growing and managing social channels. The Charter Will Include: Own and drive Leap's social media strategy across Instagram and emerging platforms Build and execute content calendars aligned with business and brand goals Grow Instagram through a mix of reels
