Leading American Fashion Brand, Members Only® is looking for a skilled & experienced Graphic Designer to create digital & print assets for marketing & social media.

Members Only® is an American outerwear company known for its iconic racer jacket, a pop culture symbol since the 1975s. The company produces classic jackets, flight satin bombers, and utilitarian outerwear featuring signature logo chest pockets. Members Only® Collection offers a modern street smart collection of well-fitting outerwear for men & women who value style and technical fabric innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Come up with creative design concepts for various assets, including print materials, digital content, social media graphics, and marketing materials.
• A deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and challenges within the Ecommerce sector is vital.
• Experience in the E-commerce industry with a foundational understanding of UX principles.
• Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand the need.
• Ability to address complex business challenges, user flows, and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to guide and refine design choices.
• Knowledge of prototyping and usability testing methods is essential prior to final implementation.
• Hands-on experience with leading design tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver, particularly in the Ecommerce context.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills are necessary to present design ideas and gather constructive feedback.

Qualifications & Skills - 

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in any of these disciplines - Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Brand Design, Strategy or any other such Design Discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Graphic designer.
• Worked in an Ecommerce company and should have basic knowledge of UX.
• Zeal to keep learning, experimenting & and trying something new.
• Creative thinker & with excellent time management and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Excellent graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.
• Open to receiving feedback and criticism, using it as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
