Responsibilities: Lead detailed design, implementation, start-up, and commissioning of complex control systems and HMI/PLC applications. Read, interpret, and provide field feedback on P identify and communicate scope changes. Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned projects, maintaining professional and proactive client communication. Mentor and direct junior staff during installation, commissioning, and operational phases. Contribute to quality processes, including maintaining the company Quality Management System and supporting value-engineered solutions. Must-Have Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related engineering discipline. Typically 10+ years of total relevant experience with at least 3+ years in a Control Systems Project Engineer II or equivalent role. Experience with burner management systems (BMS) or combustion control systems. Advanced proficiency with PLC programming and HMI design and implementation.
