We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations, investigate quality issues, drive corrective actions, and improve product quality and production performance.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone AnalysisCorrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)Manufacturing Quality and Production SupportPFMEA, Process Control Plans, and Quality AuditsLean Manufacturing and Continuous ImprovementDefect Reduction, Scrap and Rework Prevention
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.Minimum 1 year of relevant manufacturing, quality, industrial engineering, or production support experience.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Hands-on experience working with production teams. xzbcwsv Must be available to work the 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift in Fairfield, OH.
