We're Hiring: Pre-Sales & Technology Solutions Executive – Pune

Enhansafe India Pvt. Ltd. is a Deep Tech Defence & Security company designing, integrating and deploying advanced security, surveillance, law-enforcement and tactical technologies for Defence, Police, Paramilitary, Government and Critical Infrastructure customers.

We're looking for a confident, technically-minded Pre-Sales & Technology Solutions Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team — someone who can understand customer requirements, present our technology solutions and run product demonstrations for Defence, Police, Paramilitary and Government stakeholders.

What you'll do:

Understand customer requirements and translate them into the right technical/solution response

Support sales with technical presentations, proposals, product demos and customer meetings

Prepare presentations, technical proposals, BOQs, comparisons and pre-bid documentation

Represent Enhansafe at Defence, security and technology exhibitions, conferences and demonstrations

Coordinate with technical teams, OEMs and technology partners on specs, integration and troubleshooting

Help identify new business opportunities in emerging defence and security technologies

Travel across India for customer meetings, demos, exhibitions and trials

You'll work across a broad tech range: command & control/integrated security, CCTV & video surveillance, AI video analytics, access control, perimeter intrusion detection, laser/radar speed detection, alcohol detection systems, body-worn cameras, UAVs/drones, counter-UAS/anti-drone systems and other emerging defence & public-safety technologies.

What we need:

Excellent spoken and written English — non-negotiable

Strong presentation and public-speaking skills; confidence presenting to senior customers and officers

Ability to explain technical concepts simply and clearly

Presentable, professional, comfortable with Defence/Police/Paramilitary/Government stakeholders

Willingness to travel across India for short durations

Strong learning ability and a proactive attitude

Open to freshers and experienced candidates. Freshers need strong communication skills, technical aptitude and genuine interest in defence, drones and security tech. Experienced candidates from Defence, Security & Surveillance, Electronics, UAV, Law Enforcement Tech, or Technical/Pre-Sales backgrounds are welcome.

Nice to have: exposure to UAV/drone tech or flying, counter-drone systems, CCTV/surveillance, law-enforcement equipment, defence/police procurement, technical/solution selling, or electronics/automation.

Education: Engineering, Diploma, Science or Management graduates with relevant technical aptitude.
