We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to strengthen our B2B brand presence across digital platforms.

 Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Create engaging social media strategies focused on B2B audiences.
• Coordinate and execute product, office, and event shoots.
• Capture photos and videos for reels, brand stories, and promotional content.
• Work closely with the design and marketing team to develop high-quality creatives.
• Write compelling captions and optimize content for better reach and engagement.
• Monitor social media performance and share regular insights and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and content formats.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management.
• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and professional branding.
• Mediator level photography and video editing and reel creation skills.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, global business environment.
