This position offers the opportunity to manage complex, high-value cases across state and federal courts, representing major manufacturers, insurers, and government entities. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer, strategic thinker, and confident advocate who can independently handle all stages of litigation, from discovery through trial. Senior Counsel Responsibilities: Manage all phases of complex litigation, from responsive pleadings through trial preparation. Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and attend hearings and mediations. Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery requests, and other key litigation documents. C
